Contact us
Small site, no contact form, no ticket queue. Email us and a person reads it.
Good reasons to write to us include:
- A Seine cruise whose price, boarding point or departure time has shifted. River timetables change more often than you might expect, and we would rather hear it from you than find out late.
- A bookable Seine sailing in Paris that we have not listed. If it has a live listing with published departures from a real operator, send the link and we will take a look. Long-haul river voyages beyond the Paris stretch and Canal Saint-Martin boat trips are separate products, so they fall outside what this site compares.
- A question about a particular cruise that the FAQ leaves unanswered.
- Anything here that looks incorrect. Genuinely, that one.

What we cannot do
We cannot book you a seat, change a date, cancel anything or process a refund. Every cruise listed here is run and sold by an independent operator, whether that is Bateaux Parisiens, Vedettes de Paris or Paris Canal, and your reservation belongs to them the moment payment goes through.
For anything tied to a booking you already hold, start with the confirmation email. It holds your reference, the boarding time, the exact landing point and a reply channel that goes straight to the company running your boat. On a same-day problem that is faster than us, and on a weather question it is the only route that helps, because the decision to sail or not belongs to the operator, not to any website.
Two things on that confirmation deserve a second look before you contact anyone. First, the boarding point: operators leave from different spots along the river, near the Eiffel Tower, Pont de l'Alma, Notre-Dame and Musée d'Orsay among others, and standing at the wrong landing stage can cost you the trip (see Seine River Cruise from the Eiffel Tower: Every Boarding Point Explained). Second, the boarding time: each company sets its own arrival guidance, and when the Seine runs high some routes shorten or shift instead of following the printed timetable, so trust the time on your confirmation over the one in your memory.
Not sure which boat suits you? The homepage puts the sightseeing, dinner and evening cruises side by side, and the FAQ explains how the tours were picked and where the ratings come from.
